At KillerPixel Threads, every shirt is made to order just for you. Because of that, we don’t offer returns or refunds for things like sizing, color choice, or changing your mind after purchase.

That said, we do want you to love what you get.

We’ll make it right if:

    •    You received the wrong item
    •    Your order arrived damaged or defective

If something went wrong, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll work with you to fix it. That may mean a replacement or another reasonable solution depending on the issue.
